FINANCIAL REPORT PREPERATION & WRITING course was very interesting and informative. Course materials, practical case studies and discussions during the course will definitely help the participants in their future assignments.
Course on "Effective Budgeting & Cost Control" gave me good experience and new ideas for the preparation of budgets. The case studies and discussions on practical problems helped me to attain experience from various organizations. I suggest a detailed course material will help the participants.
The course on "Financial Fundamentals and Project Investment decision Making" had given me very good experence on the subject. It refreshed my memory of what I had learned and gave me an insight on the new concept like Risk Analysis.

It was good attending the course and hope to avail more of HR related courses

It was really an enjoyable seminar and good to meet HR representatives from different companies.
With regards to my feedback on the course, I would like to commend Dr. Pech on keeping all the participants interested over the course of the day. I think that the mix of discussions and panel interview activity kept everyone alert and excited to participate. The techniques that he showed us for drawing up interview questions and conducting interviews were most helpful – these are very valuable tools to use when preparing to interview candidates. The file containing all the learning materials and the PowerPoint presentation CD are both excellent sources of information to refer to.

I would like to express my admiration for the excellent level of lecturers, and for the modern and contemporary of reviewing the Courses, which made me more interested in knowing what you have new, and want to participate more in the future every time I had a chance .

I liked the way our instructor Dr Robert Pech has conducted the classes with fun and interest.
But the time span was too sort. This you could have done in 2 days with 3-4 more instructors.
We could have given more practical examples or Audio /Video to enhance our knowledge in recruitment skill and its ability.
Any way this was nice meeting all the new friends and different people from different aspect of life.

It was very successful and organized course

With regards to the training on “Recruitment and Selection Skills,” I found the subject matter very helpful in my current job although this course can be made better if it will be conducted on a two-day period instead of just one day. The topic is very broad and there are areas that were not discussed in the training due to lack of time. I would also appreciate it better if the speaker has delved more deeply in different interviewing styles and the advantage of each over the other. This course can also be made more inter-active with more group activities and role plays. Over all, I am satisfied with the seminar and I look forward to attending other courses in the future.

Overall we were satisfied with the course and I particularly like the short duration of 1 day. I believe there is a market in Dubai for high intensity, high quality, short courses at an acceptable price.

For the course "Advanced Public Speaking and Presentation Skills", I really enjoyed the course, and found it very relevant and well presented. It introduced me to new practical methods that will aid me delivering a successful presentation. The course was really amazing and i learned alot of stuffs about gas processing and conditioning about : - dehydration ,acid gas removal , recovery of ethane and NGL , sulfur recovery ... the instructor .
